[EN] "Ewé Àsá: folhas e religiosidade afro-brasileira" ("Ewé Àsá: leaves and afro-brazilian religiosity") is a book about the relationship between leaves and Candomblé, a afro-brazilian religion influenced by the knowledge of enslaved African people who continued to practice their mythology and culture after forcibly being brought to Brazil. Candomblé is marked mainly by the knowledge and usage of different leaves to heal our bodies and souls. They are also used in sacred rituals to praise orixás. The book aims to introduce the leaves and their centennial story.
